It is almost comical to read in the Judge's determination that she references Gowling's past representation of shareholders.  Gowling's attorney, Mr. Cohen, advised me in a direct correspondence YEARS AGO that Gowling no longer represents us. Mic drop. Hard stop. Move along folks nothing more to see here. 

Sadly, the Judge might have been under the mistaken impression that Gowling still represents us when she rendered her decision.

Truth-be-told, none of this noise matters any longer, now that the US has opted for Chevron's VZ crude instead of allowing for expanded product of domestic supplies.

Whatever friends we Crystallex shareholders might have had at Treasury will never risk jeopardizing Biden's VZ decision.
