For the fourth quarter of 2022, CITGO generated net income of $806 million and EBITDA of $1.2 billion, compared to net income of $477 million and EBITDA of $804 million in the third quarter of 2022. In 2022, CITGO generated net income of $2.8 billion and EBITDA of $4.4 billion as a result of favorable refining margins, high product yields, and strong asset reliability.

In 2020-21 CITGO's value was estimated at $8 Billion, net of financing debt. It has been using free cash flow to pay its debt and crude oil price has no where to go but up.We will see a scramble to pay KRY as soon as OFAC lifts the protection on CITGO or Judge Stark orders the start of the auction process.
