Per TD Ameritrade; How our Crystallex shares will be handled.

First; I found our shares listed in our TDA account as follows...

1. My account. 2. Cost basis. 3. Unrealized gain/loss.

Our broker says if the offer is handled on the market, we'll be able to take advantage of any offer by selling the shares through the system. If the offer is handled through the courts or any way other than the stock market, TDA's legal team will assist in in the transaction.
