probably due to increased investor interest generagted by the comments from CITGO that they have a committee formed to negotiate with creditors. If only KRY was trading eligible :_("Citgo is (now) capable of sit down with creditors to offer negotiation options," he said during an online conference about Venezuela's oil industry.
