A member of the Ad Hoc Committee expects 1.00. The comment was possibly up to 2.00. The way to play this in my opinion is to sell enough shares to BE and let the rest ride for you profit. Don't wait for the potential and possibly find yourself in a losing position due to court rulings. This assuming Tenor makes offers to shareholders.
