Hi there,

I am Michael and I am a long time shareholderfor Crystallex. Many of you know my name as I was very active on this Forum during the time.....KRY was still trading.

I have a large number of shares of this KRY.

Some of my shares are in USD margin account, some of shre in CAD accounts as Private pension plan, other shares in a registered retirement savings plan.

I doubt that the shareholders will receive a fair part of theirs shares without a fight.

Who is actuale the VoS (Voice of Shareholders) from legal point of view? with a Class action suit ongoing for Crystallex?
