Complaining is a fool's errand.  All brokerages will eventually purge KRY shares because their clearing house can't or won't processes the 'worthless' shares.  I wasted a lot of blood pressure going round and round with E*Trade and their legal refused to budge. He who holds the shares makes the rules. The ultimate irony or slap in the face will be that we shareholders are awarded some settlement money and they refuse to accept our ownership documentation.
