I haven't posted in a while, just wanted to thank you, for keeping us posted, regarding the new developments. I am also getting cautiously optimistic, after all these years, given the recent rulings, along with the urgency on VZ's part to settle with Crystallex, avoiding the auction process.

My sincere gratitude, also to ifeelyellow, KRY Chaser, and countless others, who have devoted their time and energy in this never ending saga.

Hopefully, the judicial system, in US is able to help the shareholders know more about the redacted version of the expenses, and get us a fair settlement. We have been kept in the dark, for far too long.
