I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

I just wanted to wish everyone season greeting.

For the first time in many years we actually have a Happy New Year coming. I could even say this is our year for Easter to be finally right. We need to ignore all the stuff we see about other joining in and remember that only Crystallex has met all the steps.

Whether there is a settlement or a Citgo sale, we are first in line to be paid. Shareholders are in the best position we have ever been since this went into CCAA bankruptcy. By us sticking together all these years, we now have real leverage with Kry/Tenor on how much we will get. Judge Silverstein will not let the money out of her court until she is satisfied with the arrangement.
