The explanation and conclusion is amazing and well written. It should be the last nail in the coffin.  Stark has done a great job in running this lawsuit. He was very careful to answer every appeal of which there were hundreds, so that in the end Venezuela have absolutely no grounds to appeal overall in the future. For that reason, this has taken so long, and rightfully so. In his brief today he answered all remaining appeals and denials by Venezuela.  I don't expect anymore. This is it.

Venezuela has 2 choices as I see it. Either they pay up before Jan 22 ,2024, which is my preference, or be auctioned off in July 2024. If the auction does take place I don't think we will see money before 2025. If Venezuela settles before January 22, we will see money before the end of the yar, I'm sure.
