Agtavy, I see this motion as a hail mary. It states why they are doing it but I don't believe it would be erroneously conclude that his work should cease, based on the language in the SPO 

They are doing it because they know they are screwed if Kry and VZ settles.

I believe that if VZ settles with us the remaining creditors will have to go back to court for their own case. With VZ settling with Curacao, it seems like they are trying to get other creditors to agree to a deal. Kry is the only company who has completed step 7 and thus needs to be fully paid right now. That doesn't mean VZ can't make a deal with the other creditors on the list.

While they may not want a deal with VZ the possibility of having to start over should make them listen a little more openly.
