The US courts operate independently of the other branches of government so no one can stop the court's actions. Another branch can, however, stop the remedies of a court's outcome.

The OFAC (US Treasury) has already said they won't necessarily stop any action deemed by the court in the particular case.  They were referring to Venezuelan assets held in the USA which could be sold to pay off creditors.  The OFAC said only a license needs to be obtained and they seem to be aligned with the court's actions to allow this.

The fact that SCOTUS refused to hear VZ's appeal and the court adding several other Creditors as Additional Creditors cleared away all the hurdles for a favorable outcome.

VZ surely has some Hail Mary's coming.
