Wow. Just wow on the US State department's position.  They said they want the Crystallex litigation to stop beause it's bad for US/Venezuelan policy.  OFAC won't issue a license for Citgo buyer until they know who the winner(s) is.  This will surely keep the numbers of bidders down and probably the price too.
