Don't know exactly but do know they have tried to take our tax losses and give away our mining data which is worth a combined .70 a share approximately. This wasn't theirs to give away. Documents may show how Tenor got such a great deal and why Fung, oppie and perhaps others are being paid by Tenor in the compensation. There are many documents going back many years that may show how the whole thing was rigged to rob shareholders. Until the documents are not redacted there is no way of knowing other than Fung saying trust him which I don't.
