Gowlings had nothing to do with her court. They were involved with the Canadian court. I totally disagree with the statement "She was not favorable to us". 

She was fair to all parties involved and my take is she has a good understanding of what KRY and Tenor are trying to do She is not our white knight but I believe she will be fair when the facts are presented.
