Like Jingles said the courts were never friendly to shareholders. I have experience with that too.
It's a noble lawsuit which took time to put together but I personally think Stark will not fall for it, as always. More bumps on the road, more delays. Stark want to end this on his established time line in spite of the Movant stating that the timeline will not be interrupted.
I really hope i'm wrong because the Movant raises a lot of good points and I have a ton of shares.
A main point of the Movant's lawsuit is claiming that it is in the public's interest that the judge accepts it because this is landmark litigation that will affect lawsuits in the future and be forever quoted. Good point. Stark's name will be chiseled into stone here and I'm sure he knows that, which is maybe good for us.
