Epiq Corporate Restructuring ???

I had an email yesterday, April 4, from "ECR--Noticing." "ECR" stands for "Epiq Corporate Restructuring," and they claim to be the "claims and noticing agent" for Crystallex.

The email announced an "Omnibus Hearing" to be held May 13, but said nothing more about the purpose of the hearing or my responsibilies or privileges as a stockholder. And no reply was requested.

Anybody else hear from these folks?
