This is getting serious and close, so now that we are nearing the end, hopefully, in the second round of bids there will be a higher number. Currently $500M for GRZ amounts to about $5/s. It has been languishing at $4/s for a long time. If the second round bids come higher the GRZ price should rise. GRZ has only about 100M shares in play.  The original claim GRZ was asking is about $1.4B I think.  GRZ did get back about $200M cash which was paid out to us about 2 years ago through Computershare.
