I see what you are getting at. Trying to assemble the numbers, it seems to me that $1.8B would be the addition of the original debt $1.4B, at some point, plus the interest of $400.000 to make that total.  The courts and Computershare go from there taking into consideration what has been paid before. Lawyers and accountants need their ducks in order.
