The new site is upbeat and modern. But, too much white space, tighten dimensions. I can add to this. Lot of great links, but they don't work proprerly yet (some loops required). Also improve your Search Engine field, top right. Once everyone gets use to the site options they will like it, I'm sure.  One feature is to see what others are saying in other sites, like POET, for example.
