I did that math to try to show the absurdity of the award for Shareholders. I am sure it is illegal under Canadian law. I think we need to know what financing Tenor provided and when and at what interest rates. When was and how was tenor's  percentage of the company/award decided and by whom and what court approved. Then we need to put a letter together from there. maybe bring in some kind of expert to say what is fair maybe Ken Feinberg.
