As far as all this, IMHO, The Honorable Judge Leonard P. Stark wants this to "move forward". 

He and his constituents are losing patience at the same rate everyone on this side is. No more

stays, no more objections, lay blame with the guilty parties. Chavez (#1), Maduro (#2). This is coming to a close. As to what happens next (after the money is collected), I don't see a very long time. Less than a year. Pure speculation but I believe to be realistic.
