The shareholder AD-HOC committee is still operating and is contact with Adelso Adrianza who continues to challange the courts, Kry and Tenor to do what is right. The list of shareholders who signed up hasn't disappeared despite Gowlings no longer representing the AD-HOC committee. There are people who continue to work behind the curtain to protect all shareholders and fight for our rights. A time will come when we may need to step up and speak up but for now we just need to continue to sign in for all the court hearings. This makes a huge impact not only on the court but on Tenor as well.
