As I said the date doesn't matter. Judge Stark made it clear that KRY needs to be paid ASAP. Whether through the auction or by settlement Kry will have closure with VZ. Speculation on the date and the November elections is just that and it won't matter to us one way or another. In a perfect world, Maduro concedes power at the end of his term. The new Government takes over and KRY is paid. The rest of the creditors will be paid with a new structured plan backed by the IMF.

While I don't wish any ill will to any other creditors, the focus needs to be on Kry shareholders. If Stark hadn't allowed everyone to pile on this would have been over already. Kry did the heavy lifting and will be the first paid one way or another.
