The core issues here are three:

1.- Judge Stark tried to get the additional judgement creditors on the KRY collection bandwagon and ended up making KRY's case a blooper. KRY's award collection should have been closed a couple of years ago.

2.- Judge Stark is trying to save a sinking ship instead of finishing up the KRY collection, which he can do any time under the Delaware law. But instead, he seems to be wanting to carry the additional judgement creditors along at KRY's expense. No one but KRY can complain for Judge Stark's hard efforts to help the early judgement creditors. In the mean time, we can expect those trying to protect their interest in court to continue their efforts as long as they can. Justice for all is a two-way street.

3.- The additional judgement creditors that started parallel cases in other U.S. Courts thried to jump on the KRY judgement collection bandwagon but were sent away because they got " too late to the party". Judge Stark did not want to continue to "delay" the auction, which is precisely what is happening now and will continue to happen for the foreseeable future. The three judgement creditors and their lawyers know that the Constitution guarantees due process of law and their "day in court" to protect their rights and interests and will appeal any adverse decision until they can.
