someone besides me is betting the BSC deal is illegal, and it will be overturned by bankruptcy judge after a class action lawsuit?

Gold was the only commodity that held up well today. The 1/4 point Sunday backroom deal figured into today's gains. Lets see if Asian and European markets buy it, and what happens tomorrow.
