personally i think oil prices will drop dramtically the next couple years...regardless, as the US limits consumption, draws it's own reserves and converts to alternates where exactly does hugo plan to sell his oil? the chinese have just begun exploration...hugo might get a few good years out of this but after that venezuela is completely screwed imo...
