You'd think this was a permit out of Venezuela. Actually, Good News! Launch now confirmed for Saturday, Sept6 1150am pacific, out of Vandenburg AFB.

Either the rocket does what it should (Delta II has a good track record) to get the GeoEye satellite into orbit, and Monday's sp will take off like the rocket itself. Or..., well..., a roman candle goes off at VAFB and the stock tanks. looking for the former.
