What is everybody’s since of where we are?

1. Does this board believe in Oct we will still have to go down legal channels with what we know today. I know the environment minister according to KRY said all issues have been resolve in regards to the environment. Do this trump Ortega’s statement or are we in the same boat?

2. If everything is in good standing why still the delay in permit issuance? I have read this and other boards for years; Crystallex has never really given a good answer as to the delay.

3. What are the chances in others opinion that we get the permit before Oct?

Honestly in my opinion if Crystallex does not clarify the situation by mid Oct we are all screwed
