Caracas, 01 Oct. Caracas, Oct 01. ABN .- This Friday, the Integrated Social Development Committee of the National Assembly will meet in Puerto Ordaz, Bolivar State, to find ways of resolving the employment status of the operating company of Bauxite and Alumina (Bauxilum) belonging to the Corporation Venezolana de Guayana (CVG).
So informed the President of this Parliament, Oscar Figuera, who pointed to hold meetings with representatives of the company and unions, so that requested the mediation of the Ministers of People's Power for Basic Industries and Mining, Rodolfo Sanz and Labor and Social Security, Roberto Hernandez.
In this sense Figuera said that the meeting seeks to "foster an urgent initiative, for this Friday, meeting with the authorities of Mibam, with business, unions and the government and the Mintra in order to open a path of solution" because the conditions exist for this.
At present, it has generated complaints from workers who require investment for the plant, as expressed by Congresswoman Bolivar State, Pastora Medina, "but the workers want to work the plant would be paralyzed because it has no spare parts, has no input" .
