Labor representatives and communal leaders fear destitution of Luis Herrera

Worried about that situation, representatives of the structures Union of Workers of Revemin II (Sintrarevemin), Integral Union of Workers of the company Jin Yan (Sintrajinyan), Unique Union of Workers of Gold and Similars (Simioro) and Union of Professionals and Employees of the Company of the Mining of Gold of the state Bolivar (Simpro) pronounced themselves.

Other labor organizations like the Commission of High level of CVG Minerven, the Association of Rejoiced and Pensioned of CVG Minerven (Ajupemin) and representatives of some communal advice who make life in the municipality the Pebble did the own thing during a granted visit to Mail of the Caroní.

Camilo Towers, main labor director of the miner, expressed in the name of the rest of the workers its “unrestricted” support to Luis Herrera, arguing who in hardly the four months that take holding the position, the civil servant has granted them “protagónico paper” by means of administrative co-determination.

It added in comparison with the last managements that Herrera has made respect the labor and union rights “instead of massive dismissal, upsetting use, reprimand and retaliaciones towards the unions and workers”.

“Socialist Improvements”
With that foundation Towers it exhorted the Venezuelan president, Cold Hugo Chavez, to misestimate any possibility of dismissing the civil servant, whereas - they consider the measurement would attempt against the socialist process.

On the other hand, Jesus Caravallo, another labor director, applauded the reversion of the company Revemin II. In this sense, the workers indicated desire that the temporary fact is not of way, since - in its opinion the company is in better conditions as a result of the change.

It emphasized that in both last months the production has increased, allowing therefore the insertion of new workers. Finally, it endorsed the declarations of Towers and it noticed that they will defend the managements of Luis Herrera and Rodolfo Sanz “until the last consequences”.
