I just checked the link library for the MOA. It states that there is a 3% royalty if gold is over $450. It says nothing about income taxes.

The figure I stated, 40% of net income, was a repeat of someone else's statement in this forum.

The figure might be the standard corporate income tax for all businesses in VZ. That's in the same ball park as the US corporate income tax which is about 38% and probably Canadian also.
