Sounds absolutely amazing Joe. I feel honored that you chose to share this family recipe with the board. In my world one has to take a blood oath before treasured family delights are given up. Sometimes it takes generations for a prized recipe to be passed down. When it does happen one usually gets an ingredient a year and then something key is always missing that makes the recipe unique to the owner! :)
Looks like snow on Saturday. A good day to try your recipe out. I usually use ricotta in my lasagna, but will remain true and open to Mama Joe Pasta's ways.
