can anyone tell me where the TARP money is? i thought paulson was gonna "grease the skids of the economy".....my economy is feeling pretty well greased...

the gov (between bernanke/paulson) had supposedly thrown in over a $TRILLION before Bush left..... where the hell did it go? i heard citigroup is buying highways in spain, AIG's partying it up, banks are'nt loaning money..

WTF!?!
