There are 2 different processes to remove a message. Upper level, Presidents and Vice Presidents, can remove a message and no explaination is given. Those are the big red X's you see. Anyone can flag a message as a violation and those are the ones that require an email with an explaination from Agoracom.

As has been stated many times so far by other members, 99% of the posters flagged or X'd know why. They understand that they have stretched it a bit with their post. If something can be construed as being offensive to anyone here then it can be, and most probably will be deleted.
