......our Pandora box is getting broken and need fixing because it is changing rapidly .

We started off with the best intention boosting democracy, respect for each other opinions and, most valuable ,civil and educated language in our posting.

While the other boards , outside Agoracom , are a battle field for members which are taking personal frustrations as a weapon for their confrontation , we are going into the opposite direction;

we still have respect and a sober way of expressing ourselves but freedom and democracy seam to be slightly fogged up.

I am not saying that our leaders are not valuable , because they are , but in the eager of wanting to keep this board clean and vibrant ,sometime decision are taken in the spear of the moment on personal and not communal bases .

Listening , discussing and deciding are the fundamentals for a group to coexists ;

maybe a temporary suspension should be introduced in our rules in order to take a decision of many be as democratic as possible.

I love to be here and enjoy the knowledge and the stock market experience of the members and i wish to apologize if i offended anyone .
