Funny you mention STEM and ASTM.... Have held several thousand shares of ACTC.PK for the last few years. Thought that BO signing the EO last week would have made these guys really fly, but it is not to be just yet. At least we're finally getting some funding. Everything in time. Patience is my strong suit. :)
