I agree MOMG, unbeknown by many people here who hide behind snide comments that they are the ones that actually create dissent throughout the board.

One concept that should be thought of on this board when banning and/or agree to a flagged post is looking at the actual shared content of the flagging poster. If you don't share then there should some sort of consideration in the flag of that poster.

In reality if I was a basher I could flag as many posts as possibly and create a dissent among posters to get someone banned. Agora needs to not only look at the posters but also what they actually contribute.

To the management please consider a poster history and contribution prior to banning.
