man, talk about getting greedy....if you're going to counterfeit bonds and try to pawn them off maybe take it a little slower...

i'd bet $50 that some swindler found these two japanese guys and sold them the bonds for a couple mil.....i'd guess the story went like this...

"guys, we have all these bonds from the drugdealers of .... we have no way to sell them and blah blah blah....i'll sell them to you for 10%..."

then the japanese guys talked him down to a few million.....

this will make a good movie...
