Sounds absolutely amazing JoeP. Will make up a batch this weekend, get myself a couple racks or more, and call up some good friends for a thing on my deck. Absolutely perfect. I love a lot of sauce on my bones. :)

Any alcohol pairing you might recommend ahead of time. You know the depth of the sauce.....the sweetness. Was thinking a nice bold red....maybe a pinot noir. Bet a few cold Corona's would work just as well.
