Magnum d'or Resources, trades on OTCBB... Does have a lot of promise. The technology is finally coming around to take a normally discarded resource (old tires) and recycle the materials.

CIRG calls it a Buy with a $2.67 target. When CIRG initiated coverage in late April, sp spiked to $1.79 after running less than a buck for a long time.
