rm, the initial reports stated "charges were pending" so i would think the term "police investigation" is in there somewhere....

maybe telling the police to "come back tomorrow" does work...i've never tried that one....

as far as what law enforcement will/wont do....i've had both good and bad experiences...

in general (maybe not with tiger), to say there is no double standard (money/no money) when it comes to how justice is given out........well, at best i'd say that opinion is "uninformed"....
