Thanks again Pam. Fear and greed right? I venture to say that the biggest problem I have with citi is its upside. I could see this stalled at 5 for a long time. Yes fin reg will help and the govenment selling will end approx dec 2010 but the upside is not nearly as big. I know I know neither is the downside. Is it alright if I blame you if all does not go well? LOL
