As far as I'm concerned the "banning" policy has been very consistent. New posters are quickly banned if they fail to heed warnings and continue to post in an aggressive and mean-spirited manner. Long term members get some slack and only get banned for continuing to needle and bully after repeated warnings. In EZ's case I am thinking that the warnings probably ran into triple digit territory.

Management made the right decision and I hope they stick to it.
