Internet forums are pretty well impossible to moderate in a way that will satisfy all members. Agoracoms six rules are quite sufficient to help in the right direction at least. Mix in personalities, interpretation of intent and context, individual communication methods and tactics, and look out.

This forum used to be pretty bad in the tolerance allowed for anything negative when it came to a reason for getting banned. One must admit it has chaged a great deal and for the good. My hats off to the people that do this thankless job of trying to keep it on its rails.

I'm not generally a big fan of the thumb recos but in the case of EZ's banning look at the post from No-bear. It is clear that the majority agree with him and his decision. Ez was warned many many times to stand down with his sarcastic ego, and this is the result, plain and simple.

Would it/he change if allowed back? Good question.

I support the board leaders in the decision. EZ had some very valid and relevant opinions that could have been presented a whole lot different and made a whole lot more impact.

By impact I mean in regard to him not being perceived as a blind ambitious pumper
