Maybe we could go to Hugo and tell him that we figured out a surefire way to screw gringos. All he has to do is give us a concession or an operating contract then we take it and use it to raise bazillians on North American stock exchanges. We can assure him that it will never cost him anything since the concession can be cancelled or the contract ignored down the road.

In the mean time we can collect generous salaries and profit from incentive options while we and all our friends profit like crazy from a series of pump and dumps that we engineer with the help of VZ officials.
