joe, my gut (which has been more accurate than anything else) tells me you're making the right move....

but my brain is fearful of oil in any capacity. i'm staying away from it for the foreseeable future because i actually believe we may witness the death of oil in our lifetimes. before that happens there will be some massive oil spikes....way too manipulated for me.

the real kings of the world play in the oil field and they seem to hate us little guys...

i'm betting big time on SW florida real estate...it's the best bet i can find
