Just a warning - JAG sp is well above the upper BB in a strong move today as the news gets out. Play it as you see fit, just be aware of the technicals, such as RSI, showing overbought and toppy. OBV showing distribution for last week or so, nowshowing strong accumulatin at open, but will update after today's action.

Negotiations may take a bit of time, so as time goes on sp may fade.

However, even though the PR has the normal disclaimer... This is looking promising.

How to play it? Get in as low as you possibly can. Sell on the news of takeover, maybe that very day or soon after, getting a sp as close to the noted takeover price as possible. Do not wait it out and be stuck while the deal is consumated to collect the sale price or new shares or whatever. Reason is the deal may still fall through, and staying liquid allows buying into another play almost immediately.
