Seems the recent news should have made this go. However, keep in mind (for those not doing any DD as yet), the company is way behind in their filings. That was originally the play. Once they are current, sp should see a decent move/trend up. The astronaut thing (actually outstanding news) is just making this consolidate slightly higher until the filings. Might see volitility in sp as impatient ones bail.

As always (and with any play), Do Not pay ask. Always set a reasonable bid after performing your DD and examining the trading range of the recent past.
