Well it appears as both... purchused and sold the same day....

After mulling this over, I think it is a non issue... somebody posted somewheres that they spoke to Stan at the office about this, and they also said it was a none issue.... The transactions took place on Feb 13th, and nobody else is dumping shares as far as I can tell so.....
